what will happen if kabuto summon jiraya when he facing with itachi?

Kabuto can't summon Jiraiya. He doesn't have any of his DNA and Jiraiya is deep at the bottom of the ocean where no one can reach.

And Itachi beats Jiraiya anyway.

He can summon jiraiya, when pain crushed his throat he released blood,

Seems like a lot of Itachi fanboys think Itachi would just win if Jiraiya was to come back. And the only back up for their logics is Susanoo and the sword of totsuka, but they said nothing about Jiraiya's power, experiences, ability to throw a fight in his favor. Itachi is strong but this isn't bleach where espada are numbered by their level of power and skills. To say Jiraiya would lose says that you don't want him to win. Remember the author makes the series and he can change it to his liking. And I don't see where you guys think that Itachi would defeat anyone in his ways because of susanoo. This is two extremely powerful ninjas, not a strong one and a pushover. If it was Itachi vs Kakashi, undoubtedly it would be Itachi with some level of difficulties, but this is a man known and respected for his skills by almost every nation in the series, trained some of the most powerful shinobi ever Minato and Naruto. This match is unknown and undecided.

Your personal opinion matters, but don't let it cloud your judment.

What are you talking about? Nagato has ALL of the abilities of the Six Paths of Pain and used them all during his battle with them.
The Genjutsu you're talking about is called Toad Confrontation Song and is not Jiraiya's genjutsu, it is Fukasaku and Shima's only. Jiraiya admitted that he was terrible at genjutsu, which is also evidenced by his rating of 3/5 in it. I mean, I like Itachi and Jiraiya pretty much equally, but you gotta get the stuff right otherwise it seems like your a blinded fanboy. Because let's be honest, everyone here is a fanboy/girl.

You don't have to worry. As Kabuto explained, none of the past Hokage can be summoned with Edo Tensei since their souls don't reside in the afterlife (pure land). Same goes for Orochimaru.

Is Kabuto able to do that yet though? I thought he wasn't, and IMO even if he wasn't telling Itachi his every move, I think Itachi has too many advantages with the edo.

dude...just think...kabuto summons jiraiya...then itachi somehow releases jiraiya's soul through some type of op genjutsu...and if somehow oro comes back...but works together with jiraiya and tsunade "like old times" to bring down tobi or madara :O
