What will happen if a person who had his dreams full filled put in infinite tsukyomi

As the title says what will happen to that person?

For example Orochimaru His goals are getting hand on Sharingan and Senju cells. What if his dreams are full filled in the real world and put on infinite tsukyomi ? Will he able to dispel the genjutsu or genjutsu will not have any effect on him?

I am not talikng about dispelling it with techniques. I think the key is the emotion and desires in the heart. Orochimaru's dreams are as same as I said in my thread. If his dreams are full filled in real world there is no need of imaginary world.

I don't think he can redo what he did with genjutsu. I think he's just stuck like that.

I understand what you are asking, but I still believe that the person would be caught in the genjutsu. We haven't really learned enough about infinite tsukyomi though. Kinda a bit side tracked right now with the whole Hashi/Madara thing.LOL
