Jeez, she's a 2nd Sakura? -.- Tsunade was the first person with monster strength taijutsu, and she had completely original techniques by the series's standards, such as scrambling Kabuto's nervous system with taijutsu. Tsunade's taijutsu gives the gentle fist a run for it's money.
It wasn't until part 2 when Kishi decided Sakura deservd to be stronger that Sakura became a 2nd Tsunade. Now that we've settled that little issue and my O.C.D. is back under control...How is Tsunade not cool? -.- In prt 1 she was part of the most epic fight aside from Naruto vs. Sasuke, and in the fight she was awesome. She stabbed Manda with Gamabunta's sword, and she punched Orochimaru hard enough for him to retreat... plus she showed tons of epic medical skills before that. In part 1 Tsunade was a goddess among shinobi.
Now in the war, Tsunade dramatically destroyed Madara's wood clone, and then she healed without even using handsigns when most people on the base thought she was dead for sure...You can say Tsunade isn't cool all you like but the facts stand to prove otherwise.
Tsunade can do alot more than just heal, and she has shown time and again why her strength is fitting of the hokage. The only department Tsunade lacks in is governing skills, Danzo was able to politic circles around her and she had no idea. She also occasionally acts rashly without considering the long-term impacts of her decisions.
If Tsunade dies though, maybe I won't care so much. Idk.

Actually I would be disappointed, because contrarily to what you think, I find she's one of the few kunoichi who actually do something in the story.
Yes, her main ability is healing, but guess what? That's what she trained for! If not for her, the other kages would actually be worse off. Not only her healing abilities are excellent, she can also pack a decent punch.
