What were the most wasted FIllers in Naruto?

The fillers could have been a source of filling in the gaps in the manga, but often times it has let to boring missions and anime episodes that aren't at all wanted.

There are good fillers, i admit, the Guren Ark, Current Chunnin Exams Ark, Kakashi/Itachi Ark, etc.

What were the wasted fillers and what would u change them with.
