I am going to answer because I want to say my opinion to you... This logic is wrong since Hashirama's DNA went to Madara's body and bonded with his Chakra so as to awaken the Rinnegan... It didn't remain in the chest! Also if that was the case the eyes wouldn't work on other people like Obito and Nagato! Nagato didn't Hahsirama's DNA... You can not just take DNA away... The eyes have their own chakra power as mentioned by Obito! In the last chapter Madara deactivated them...(he has a Sharingan and only he can do that because he is the original owner!)
