Going to New York by myself. It was a school trip, but not a lot of kids and yes, I had my friends, but leaving my state to go to a huge place was a big thing. I've been to different states before, but with family. This was just me. It was amazing and one of the best memories of my entire life, but getting on that bus was scary.

Probably being stuck in a tiny house in the middle of a hurricane (with no electricity or cellphone/internet connection). Or that one time when an earthquake happened in a town I had a vacation in. Or that year when our city had stronger floods than usual (though the dam held up). Or maybe when I woke up and saw a tornado above the sea in the distance (while on another vacation). Or that time when we were driving on a mountain road during a very strong thunderstorm. Or that time when we drove through a wind so strong it almost blew the car off the road :|
