No horrifying i stopped watching when they started eating shit, they actually started eating shit.
And apparently that was one of the milder scenes.

That sounds nothing to Grotesque and Cannibal Holocaust LOL

Quite honestly, I haven't seen anything in recent years that's actually scared me rather than just grossed me out, and all the films that used to scare me don't anymore. Off the top of my head though, the one that did scare me most was probably the Sixth Sense, Deep Blue Sea (or some kinda shark film), Saw II, or one of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre films.
