Saddest: Arlong Park the flashback of Nami childhood

Happiest: Enies Lobby when Robin confessed that she wanna join back the crew

Epic: When Luffy punched a Celestial Dragon

Happiest: Luffy Defeating Arlong/ Major antagonist and the golden bell ringing in Skypeia.
Epic: Luffy's Haoshoku Haki during the Marineford Arc or Luffy punching a Celestial Dragon.

I'm currently in Thriller Bark (I know Ace dies but I'm sure my opinion will change once I'm caught up)

Saddest: Chopper/Robin's backstory, kind of emotional
Epic: Luffy going second gear for the first time
Happiest: Seeing Franky and Iceberg create the Sunny-Go. I don't know why but I found that really motivational and very happy.

Epic- Zoro willing to sacrifice himself for Luffy.
Happiest- Too many happy scenes to choose from. I'll just agree with your choice.
