What was the point?

What was the point of bringing back all these ninjas and possible side storylines for more character development only to drop the ball so hard and just kill them all off
examples
what was the point of dan Tsunade's former lover why bring him back why mention that "jutsu" that he had to be imprisoned off so he didn't use it there could of been some major character development for tsunade and for dan.

Deidara could have had a massive impact suicide bombing himself over and over again kishi even stated in and interview that he thought Deidara was 1 of the most dangerous edo's ( this was before madara was brought back) and again he has dropped the ball massively

Kakashi's "Rampage" Biggest let down especially after he hyped it all up

Neji's father Could of been some major character development for 1 of the strongest pre shippiuden characters yes neji's uncle Fought his father but it could have been a bit more epic.

Just overall i feel like kishi had soo much more potential and at the rate his going 1 chapter a week i guess i can understand his reasoning on 'killing of' all the edo's

But for a war No one has been killed or even fatally wounded i mean come on what kind of war is this kishi could at least kill of some no name shinobi or samurai.

Yes i also don't see the point in bringing some of the edo's,..and tsunade's lover, he dint even talk to her,
and kakashi's rampage was also a hype,.
deidara was taken out so early that he did not even wound anyone we know of, he did not even put an impact, and so many useless edos.which wouldn't have been resurrected
and i would really want to see some big name die, this is a war, not some game,
And why is naruto that wounded i don't remember seeing him like that the last time,maybe be he fought tobi and we were not shown...

kishimoto isnt oda, kishimoto likes to focus on plot development, he cant do that and character development at the same time like oda does because his arcs will end up being as long as odas. this arc is already long as hell in fact, imagine how long it would be with all that extra stuff. as for kakashis rampage; well whats there we dont know that kakashi cant do, all he was gonna do/done was pritty much hack and slash em all, and in my opinion this wouldnt be as satisfying as people think. and the thing about dan, you imply that kishi shouldnt be allowed to mention a jutsu if he cant show it, what is this, pokemon? it's actually more realistic for dan to be stopped before using his trademark jutsu because we know that the current living ninjas are aware of the potential risk. as for deidara, he was captured before he could pose a threat, maybe kishi didnt want someone like him killing the spot light of other enemies by blowing everything up everywhere. and btw, the JSA ha been seen to being slaughtered many times, they lost half of what they had,but all the characters we do know of... are still alive(i saw neji being wounded). i dont know why this is a problem especially if we aint finished with the war yet.

hey, in a war where some nameless we dont even know die, we don't consider that dieing, we need some one big or someone we know die,..
after the war, if someone who does not read the manga asks you if anyone died, what would be your answer?

*sigh* i'm so very disappointed...i really am...Dan was a waste of paper and a waste of an edo to bring back...and i'm kinda disappointed that only fodder ninja died in the war so far. and what now? there will be no need for konoha rookies to come back up naruto, since it's just tobi now. i at least wanted them to fight some jinchurikis. UGH this happened wayyy too fast, and i'm very upset. so much potential...so many edos...gone down the drain...and what's this with itachi?! tell me he's not gonna troll and find some way to stay alive. i'd lose all the respect i had for uchihas. i'm hanging on a little bit but, they are SO favored it's very very very annoying

Sasuke saw the hand seal not the original seal to perform the technique, therefore he can't. Kabuto was finished so easily and stupidly by Itachi and the huge 'Dragon Sage Mode' 'That Jutsu' was all bs trolled really. I expected a lot more from him and to at least have a fair and exciting battle, which did not happen. What can I say, the same thing happened with 'Kakashi's Rampage'.

As for everything I also agree. There was no need for bringing back all the current edo's unless there was a small storyline. Bs really.

yaa i support you at that, the uchihas are too favoured and in the end they are all to lose which is disappointing,..
and wait and see there is no way madara is dissapearing, Itachi may go but he may passon something to sasuke before that, and after that sasuke is going to be suprisingly able to fight on par with bijuu mode naruto, just wait and see
