It would be something like to bring peace so that no one will ever have to go through what Itachi had to. I don't think he hates ninjutsu, he probably realizes that it can be turned into a positive thing.

I believe he said that he will work together with Naruto and not try to do everything by himself, even if he doesn't agree with Naruto's ways. As we've seen, they are BOTH required to change the world, not just Naruto. I believe that at the very least Sasuke's answer showed that he has a different mentality than what he had when he was fighting the Juubi.

My other guess is that he said that he will end the Curse of Hatred that has plagued his clan, and that he will make sure that the "new" clan that he will start will be free of it.
