First of all, he compared each technique by posting scans that happened on different time-line(s) of the manga.
Second, Why are you comparing Kakashi's version of Chidori (keep in mind he was younger than Sasuke at that time) and Sasuke's version and stating that they are equal in terms of power?
Lets remember that this is the same sasuke that wanted to destroy konoha (only been destroyed 3 times so far) and thought it was a smart idea to go after the kages before getting the EMS
