Saru should have brought shisui and itachi the slaughter they would have dealt oro would have been real

Itachi's eyes hadn'y been fully developed and the same is likely for his idol, the teleporter.

lol Shisui got his eye jacked by an old man, and Itachi was likely inferior to Shisui when that happened. I wouldn't count on those 2 being able to apprehend Orochimaru, even at that point in time.
