He would have achieved several things.

1. He gives a big F*** you to Akatsuki.

2. He gains a source of immense chakra. (was the three tails just to let you know)

3. He uses that chakra to help him complete jutsu, as well as to cause distress throughout the world...probably Konoha for sure.

Oro wanted to get Sasuke's body for the sharingan. Now, he wanted the three-tails.

Now imagine an Uchiha Jinchurikki.

Kakashi wasn't able to handle one sharingan with his chakra and stamina. So obviously, Oro would get a tailed beast to be able to sustain 2-sharingan.
