nope, he had 3 tomoe. in the last panel he has 2 and the 3. one is under the eye skin thing( dont know how to call it in english) if you look on the formation.


and there were pictures from different flashbacks were he had his ms acitvated.

it was after a battle and having ms activted probably drains too much chakra. after the hashirama fight he went back to 3 tomoe too.
