It was nippy enough and handled nicely but... nahhh. It was a refined little thing though.

I still have and drive my first car.

It was worth a lot more than it looked but slowly it's being brought to brand new status.

I drive a 1997 Toyota Corolla 4 Cylinder. I plan on restoring the whole body on it eventually and getting the whole thing fixed up some more so that I can drive it until it completely dies out. Then I'm going to buy a brand new Scion TC and mod that friggin thing till it can't be modded anymore and I'll race those stuck up STI's and demolish them.

Quite a Toyota fan then, eh?

They are quite reliable and efficient cars. I'd buy one again, and again, and again. Scions are more the sporty type. Although I wish they still made Celicas because those are ridiculously sexy, especially a tricked out one. I've seen a couple on the streets and they sure make me look.

One of my mates had a Celica. Had to be pushed pretty hard to be really responsive.
