In the last chapter; when violet was counting the number of doflamingo subordinates, she said there were two left and one more just showed up. that could mean one of two things. either there were still two left. like trebol, and say, buffalo (I don't think he was accounted for). Or there are three other characters on the scene. one of them popping out of nowhere
My guess--- Capone bege; plus whoever he is hanging out with.

She never said somebody showed up. She said that one match has been decided(Luffy beating Bellamy) If you read the better translation, then she says that another victor has been decided.
There's only DD and Trebol left.
