What village and or clan would you be apart of?

Personally, I've always liked the Mist village.

As for a clan, I'm between the Kaguya Clan for their awesome bodies and durability and the Uzumaki clan for their vitality and sealing jutsus.

For clans, I would want to be part of the Kurama clan. They are known for their exceptional skill in Genjutsu, to the point where events taking place in the Genjutsu seem real to the point where the body will actually suffer damage. As an example, if my target was being burnt alive in the Genjutsu, the brain would believe they were actually being burnt alive, and thus would suffer from said damage, even though it is an illusion.

I would not want to be part of any village except Amegakure.

Hey it's joke. There isn't a shinobi alive who didn't receive some form of training (formal or informal) from a village. Orochimaru is known from taking children and adults and training them personally. Recall all those dungeons full of shinobi, the Sound 5 (kimimaro he found as a child and personally trained), the members of Taka etc.

Chunin Exams aren't a big deal. Noone from the Mist, Cloud, Stone or Steam villages attended the one we saw in part 1. They're only held between allied nations. With the Cloud village previously trying to steal the Byakugan, the Stone village farming out mercenary jobs to the Akatsuki and the Mist's bloody reputation; I doubt they'd send their ninja to an event sponsored by the Leaf and Sand.
