What video games should be turned into a movie?

As the title says, what video games do you think would make good movies? My first choice would be Zelda. It is one of my favorite games and I think it could be made into a really good movie without ridiculous looking character or effects.
A lot of fan video like the one shown below have been made. Imagine Zelda made with the quality of LOTR.

The next game on my list is Metal Gear Solid.

metal gear solid has real life/world topics, great dialog and plot.

all zelda games are the same bullcrap. i still cant tell if zelda and link are related , incest ?

zelda, mario, and metroid games would all make terrible movies. (no offense)

more PlayStation games would make better movies.


shadow of the colossus had a better plot than any zelda game.

nintendo games dont care about plot, and they barely have voice actors.

Um but none of the movies can be made with out big budget special effects how are you going to make a metal gear Zelda had monsters Mario has been made into a movie and lotr and the first book the hobit are full of them so far cry is the only one that fits the mold just eleminate all the explosions and no good weapons

only the metal gears themselves need special effects, most of the movie doesn't need it.
