I was researching some insight on an interesting topic when i was inspired
by Minato's word ....
TRANSCENDENT POWER.....
Powers that help the user reach a godlike Level or form.
So i was futher amazed at a very interesting find....
I'm sure that if kishi is the genius he is these are the incorporations
of his theory....
So there are a foray of sub variation that define the many.....
A few that got my attention....
Absolute Condition
The power to possess absolute physical and mental condition.
The final form and most powerful state of Supernatural Condition and an
advanced form of Transcendent Physiology. A sub power of Perfection.
A mean example here....Superman Prime..
User has an absolute or supreme physical and mental condition, meaning that
all powers are in a supreme or absolute level with no limitation.

Evolution, Transformation or Ascension of one into a more powerful form.

The highest form of Superpower Evolution.
Users of this power are able to obtain unparalleled might,
becoming an unstoppable force. The user also gains access to
the ultimate level of power that is capable of transcending the
boundaries of their own species. Most importantly, Zenith can
be obtained by those who possess full mastery of their own
powers or ones with the utmost potential.

far beyond Super Form, Hyper Form, Legendary Form and a variation of Absolute Existence.
The one having this trait has the power to be perfect or achieve perfection
by several means like magic, divinity, scientific means or since birth.
The wielder of this form can accomplish anything without limits.
Generally they are omnipotent and have a fundamental role in their universe,
but there have been some exceptions
Here we see Cell,who became perfect after absorbing andriod 17 and 18...
And her the Sage of Six Paths are some rare cases of perfection...
