What Tobirama and Minato did.

So as we all know; Tobirama placed a tag on Obito last chapter, this chapter he placed one on Minato.

Now, with both seals in hand, what simply happened was that Tobirama used the two seals to swap Minato and Obito's places. If you look at what is noted outside of the scan you can see "(Note: lit "Swap at the same moment.")" essentially, the only things that ever moved were Tobirama, Obito and Minato. Naruto and Sasuke were never moved, nor was Obito's Sage orbs remained in the same place as it wasn't connected to Obito at all, so when Minato filled in Obito's gap, he had to quickly move to evade the Orbs.

In the previous chapter, Minato expressed that he couldn't warp anything that wasn't in contact with either his own chakra, or himself. The seals maintain an obvious presence of this chakra. So what we have here is Tobirama remotely using the FTG tag on Minato to bring him to the tag on Obito, whilst simultaneously doing the same with Obito. The end result is them switching places.

Minato and Obito just switched places. I don't know how it's so hard to understand. It's like Flying Thunder God but Minato and Obito switched places like instantly. Why was this so hard to grasp? Probably because of the shit mangapanda scans and translations. Just wait for *********** for those confused.

Ah, I see; I simply looked at Minato's lack of a right arm and disregarded this. That would mean his arm quickly regenerated off panel - which makes no sense.

Omg is so easy... Tobirama and Obito swapped with Minato. C'mon, you saw in this very chapter how Minato and Tobirama marked each other so they could swap at the same time... Tobirama was just touching Obito, so he teleported him too to where Minato was, and Minato teleported to where Tobirama was. That's all LOL.
