What Tobi wants

Tobi told naruto and bee that there's only misery in the world.
He told konan and the kages at the summit that there's no such thing as hope.

Tobi's and Madara's plan is to capture the bijuus and have nagato revive madara.
Why revive madara if the worlds going to be cast and an infinite tsukuyomi? Madara is going to be the Juubi jinchuuriki and cast it. Tobi wants the plan to happen because something happened to him to make him want to be in the infinite tsukuyomi. Thats why he said he's no one and wants to be no one he was pretending to be madara and have madara do the infinite tsukuyomi and tobi never exist.

madara asked Kabuto (through muu) if he knew of THEIR plan.. And then kabuto said yes but he was unsure if tobi would act as planed there ya go

I dont even understand what really tobi wants if tobi wanted to complete moon eye plan why does he declare war on all shinobi nations ,if doest claimed himself as madara Allied shinobi forces wouldnt have been formed at first place its easier pick one by one
and if tobi want capture naruto why does he go fight head on he can use sasuke for it or maybe maybe kidnap sakura or hinata ask him to surrender i dont understand him at all
