[Theory] What Tobi means by Six Paths

I think I know what the Six Paths.are. keep in mind, this is just a theory. I think the Six Paths are the things one must posses in order to attain the godlike power of Rikudou Sennin. These six things are:

1. Uchiha DNA
2. Senju DNA
3. Tailed Beast, most likely the Juubi
4. Rinnegan
5. Yin-Yang control
6. Either Rikudou's tools or Gedo Mazou. I can't decide which I think is a Path because no one really wanted or stressed about the tools and Gedo Mazou stems from Rinnegan and I don't know if it counts separately.

This is what I think.

I like your line of thinking but the Mazou is the shell of the Juubi so you basically listed the same thing twice it may be a variation of what your thinking ***** for your outside of the box thinking anyway

i had my own little theory but

-sharingan
-rinnegan
-byakugan (?????)
-senju/uzumaki dna
-become a perfect Jinjuuriki (no matter wich bijuu)
-learn a sage mode ( no matter if dragen sage mode or frog sage mode)


as you can see three are eye powers ->so6p elder son
and three of them are body powers ->so6p younger son

and a combination of it makes you a rikudo sennin

tobi said something of nagato was one path or something like that.

nagato had a rinnegan (eye power) and was an uzumaki (body power). -> so6p
and tobi was an uchiha with sharingan(eye power) and had senju dna because of the zetsu parts(body power) ->so6p



but some points of yours seems more legit

I thought about this, but it doesn't make much sense when you consider that Tobi referred to himself, Nagato and I think Naruto as Paths. It's obvious that they are not Rinnegan abilities. My theory makes more sense.

To the people saying how could this be if he had the name Sage of Six Paths before all these things are separate. Well, the answer simple. He got the name AFTER all these things became separate. It was never stated he was known as Rikudou Sennin during his time alive and it was never stated when he got his epithet, so my theory stands.

And yes, Nagato and Tobi don't possess all of those Paths, but what I say still makes sense since they are individual Paths. Specifically, Tobi is the Uchiha DNA Path and Nagato was the Rinnegan Path. That is why when he took Nagato's Rinnegan, he said."Two of the Six Paths are now one".

Also, it does make sense that Rikudou got his epithet after Uchiha and Senju became separate.

Rikudou was alive, but he didn't have that name. After all those things became separate, some smart guy analyzed all of the pieces and saw that the Sage had them all, thus gaining him the name of Sage of Six Paths.
