What tier is Onoki, Jiraiya, Deidara, Kakuzu, and the 4th Kazekage in?

Attention everyone, this is the final ranking thread I make in the time being. Last one so give me all the feed back you can!

What would you rank Onoki, Jiraiya, Kakuzu, Deidara,and the 4th Kazekage?

IMO:

Onoki - High Kage

Jiraiya - High Kage

Deidara - Mid Kage

Kakuzu - Mid Kage

4th Kazekage - Low-Mid Kage

Bonus if you feel like it: What would you also rank Tsunade and Mei? I'd both rank them Low-Mid Kage.

Note: When I say Low-Mid Kage, I mean inbetween those ranks (higher than low but lower than mid)

Agreed except for 4th Kazekage. He was nearly 2 shot by gaara while he was supposed to have the ability to cancel gaara's style completely. You can't lose to someone you should outclass completely and maintain your rank. I give him very low kage. Higher than Elite Jonin, but only above the likes of Tsunade and 69 year old Hiruzen.

Not in a battle with any of the High Kages. For example we all can agreed Onoki is high Kage, in a battle against Kakuza he's no match.

He was strong enough to defeat a Bijuu that was going to destroy his village. I really dont think that elite Jounin would be able to do that. Not to mention, that the quantity of gold dust that he was able to use was truly large.

He was strong enough to suppress the powers of a Biju his jutsu has a natural strength against.Any other biju would have abused him.I would agreed that he's above Elite Jonin, but he's low Kage at best.Like all of the Kazekage, he's weak compare to the Kages of other villages.
