i think current war arc kakashi is stronger than muu,third rai and second mizu
he is as strong as itachi or may be stronger because of the fact that the more itachi uses his ms ,the faster he gets blind,that is a serious side effect
diedra and kakazu are mid kage level ,they and kisami are stronger than second mizu
