SM Konohamaru (in the scenario he went to train under Ma and Pa like Naruto)

SM Zetsu Orochimaru (in the scenario in which he actually found Ryuchi Cave and trained to become a Sage)

MS Sarada (under the scenario that she developed her Sharingan that far)

Healthy Sage Kimimaro is a bit below Itachi level.

Sage Sakura....KCM Naruto, only not quite there.

Sage Konohamaru, same as Sakura.

Sage Orochimaru is a bit below Pain.

MS Sarada greatly depends on her techs. If she takes after her father, I would say she surpasses One Tailed Naruto and CSM2 Sasuke in Part 1. Not by much.

Byakugan Boruto is late Chunin Exams Sasuke level.

But that is all, of course, sheer crazy assumption.

How powerful do you think it would be? Logically he looses Itachi sense of acute perception which was a very notable feat of Itachi which he openly incorporated into his fighting style & mentally defeating someone seems to be more long standing than any physical defeat.

Well, take away Itachi's intelect and you really still have a lot left to take advantage of. Genjutsu would pass on, I assume, physical prowess would obviously pass on, his Mangekyo Sharingan would pass on, and the insanely OP Totsuka and Yata would pass on. Discarding the worryingly widespread opinion that they could completely destroy anyone in battle, I would put him around Pain level.
