...was the fact that Naruto and Sasuke still have deep respect for each other. Sasuke remembered and is thinking all along about Naruto's cooperation and he implements it in his plans and strategy to successfully defend the future of the village. Naruto acknowledges Sasuke as the shinobi unlike any other. It doesn't mean that he undermines other shinobi. It just means that he acknowledges the heroics of his actions, it's not meant literally to compare him to someone else because Sasuke is unique.
