Idk man. The guidebook saids naruto borrows a giant amount of chakra from kurama and combines it with senjutsu but he's done things bsm has never shown before in the last.

That wasn't BSM, that was KSM (Kyuubi Sage Mode). BSM (Bijuu Sage Mode) has a cloak and needs Kurama to give him all chakra but Kurama left Naruto's body to go fight him own battle. This is Full Kurama here, Naruto's KM has double the reserve and uses a much more stronger chakra which is even stronger using natural energy. Full Kurama KSM=/>Yin or Yang Kurama BSM. Plus Naruto has Hashirama's cells with Full Kurama so that's a boost in stamina and makes his jutsus more powerful(like KA and Kamui).

looks different than Naruto in the movie. As for the whiskers, he has full Kurama now so of course his mode would change a bit, we never seen Naruto enter a mode after getting full Kurama until the Last but it's clearly only KSM.

And he wasnt using RSM in the movie becuase you need chakras of 9 Bijuus for that. If it was necessary he would just ask other Bijuus for some of their chakras.

No he doesn't, he gain RSM ability from Hagoromo chakra, he doesn't need the other Bijuus to enter that mode. Against Sasuke he was in that mode yet wasn't using the other Bijuus.

RSM is simply the universal understanding of nature chakra and so on. Something that he can't lose.
