He has half of Hagoromo's Chakra enhancing his powers. He'd pretty much be the same guy who chopped down the Shinju, but a little weaker since he lacks Bijuu influence here, but not so much weaker that he'd be defeated by Madara. Juubito is a toss up.

Without Bijuu how is he going to extract Bijuu out of Obito? How will he repel Bijuu Dama? Or Nunoboko? And his speed feats aren't impressive that he can't evade The Barrier TBB

He can kill Obito, he doesn't need to free the Bijuu. Doesn't need to repel Bijuu Dama either, he can easily cut down the tree they are formed from, thus rendering the process of charging them incomplete.

Not when Obito can just evade it or use the Shinju Branches to block it. And why can't Obito revert the Shinju back into its Monster Stage?

Shinju branches were getting cut by Samurai.....Naruto would easily cut right through them, especially since he raped the whole Shinju in a slightly stronger form. Same goes for him evading it, he landed FRS on a much faster entity (Madara) in a slightly weaker form. He tracked Juubito and tagged him in BSM form. He'd do the same in a much stronger form.

1. The tree in the war is not the Shinju either, it's only the Juubi's tree form.

2. The Shinju didn't turn into the Juubi on it's own, Black Zetsu already explained this. Kaguya fused with the Shinju to create the Juubi. Obito can't do that, so it's not reverting to it's beast form.
