Hashirama just got pwned, Naruto is already engaged with Madara, Tobirama is fodder and he knows it too, Orochimaru isn't even at the battlefield, the gokage are thinking about what to do (since Madara nearly killed them last time), Minato is with Kakashi, Sasuke and Obito

they all know Madara is on a different level, no reason to go rushing in and get yourself killed, better to sit back and try to formulate a plan to PnJ Madara
