Here you can see that Tobi have 3 tomow sharingan, does that mean he had a sharingan before Obito's/the one he stole at kannabi bridge? When Tobi manipulated the 4. Mizukage, Kakashi and Obito were kids

Nah bro, that was AFTER Obito died. Kisame was about 18-22 years old there and Kisame died at age 32 so it'd be like 10-14 years before the start of the series whereas the nine tails attack was 16. So at most, it'd be 2 years after the 9 tails attack.
