What the hell is going on?

So much stuff has changed, like this and my bar was "Akatsuki" and now it is sound. Has something changed? Also, the main homepage has some weird stuff going on

Edit: My browser must be messed up because when I used firefox it was working fine o.o

I can't now as it's been restored to normal, if it happens again I'll do it, but basically, all the bars were mixed up and the emoticons were switched, when I clicked "more" it made me scroll up to the top of the page straight away o.o
