they were destroyed by the Getsuga tensho that kubo fired 
OT: seriously dude no idea...last we know Ywach absorbed powers from ichigo what were those wasn't clarified but most probably they were his quincy and hollow powers since he was still a shinigami

Hollows powers are fused with his Shinigami powers, while as long as I remember his Quincy powers were taken away by Yhwach.
