He's going to return with Hokages 1-4 plus Madara and Nagato and modify them so they're all at 100% power and make Hiruzen and Nagato in their prime as Madara was brought back in his instead of an old man. Kabuto did it for Madara and Orochimaru took info from Kabuto. He's going to put the seals in them this time to have complete control.

In the 10 or so years Orochimaru mastered all jutsu's from Hokage 1-4, Nagato and Madara. He also have Madara's eyes so he can level it up to Rinnegan as well. Part 3, Orochimaru strikes back! Lol
