I think blind people do indeed see in their dreams.

To answer your question, blind people see darkness because their eyes.can't perceive light. We can see darkness with our eyes wide open. Go into a room at night and block the windows and turn out the lights. That's how a blind person sees.
Depends I think; if they were born with sight, yes, I could see them seeing in their dreams. But if they were born blind, I don't think brain would be able to cognitively create sight without experiencing it first.

Blind people use sense of touch to work out what a persons face is like and then bring up a mental image of what its like.
Yes your right. It's not that blind people cannot see anything but just because one of the senses which is the sight, isn't working, they are able to see things via other senses. A blind person will give you a cool expression "My hands are my eyes". In other words, like you pointed out, a blind person can touch something and then try to visualize it realizing and understanding what they're touching or have touched.

Better yet, what does a person with no eyes see?
A perosn without eyes never receives any optical stimuli/data. His brain simply doesn't attempt to discern or analyze any optical data. If you're blind or have no eyes, you don't 'see', per se. Instead, everything you see is forms and shapes you attempt to picture.
It's the same concept as you picturing something in your head and 'seeing' it,

You would think they see black, right? But, no. We see black when we close our eyes because we're looking at the backs of our eyelids. My curiosity of this is driving me crazy! Even if they see blank, even blankness would be made up of colors, right? Which you need vision to see. WTF!
this is what they see ,no lie

If we are talking about if blind person can dream then yes they do.. its true that ones eye sight has purpose when it come to dream. For example.. someone that was born blind only has auditory dreams as for those that are blind after they were born, well am not sure to be honestly, but i do think it has something to do with their sight measure.. dont quote me on that but am almost sure about it.. YEEAAAHHH!! SCIENCE!!!

They see as much as you in pitch darkness... Try it. Blind people are just people without eyesight, they can think in objects, en distance as well, they just don't see it.

From a scientific stand point if they were completely blind (retina could not take in light and process the light that's been reflected off of surfaces) then an individual who is completely blind would only perceive darkness. Because black is the lack of all pigments and white is all color pigments combined (this is the scientific view, where as an artistic/realistic view is white is the lack of color and black is all color combined) since no light is being process no color pigment is being process by the brain. Now there are multiple different levels of blindness out there and they will all process light different whether blurred or miss represent at different levels. Also to the individual who said the blind don't use the internet, there are actually quite a few blind individuals that use the internet via a program named JAWS (a screen reading program), as well as high contrast setting for monitors that allow the blind to better perceive the images of the screen (alt+shift+prtscn). I hope this adequately answers your question.

It depends on what type of vision loss they have. If its complete, then they see black. You don't see black because you're looking at the back of your eyelids, as the back of your eyelids aren't black. You see black because of the absence of light. A blind person with complete vision loss would be incapable of converting light into an image (a variety of mechanisms for this) and so they're brain would respond as if they're in the absence of light; seeing black.
