Suckske knows of all the failures, knows the tablet is a lie, but still wants to kill hokages that had nothing to do with his clan. Also wants to force his idea of government on everyone else. That is the high level, there are also the hundred crappy things he has done over the series. Now kishimoto is clearly not allowing redemption for the character, so total douche status is warranted.
