What the heck did Tobirama do?

Plz I'm not referring to the combo with Minato, Sasuke and Naruto.. But I'm referring to the beginning of the chapter when he saved all 3 of them by taking the TBB to Juubito?.. How was he able to do that with his hand?, does he have some kind of technique that absorbs justus?
