I think most of NB will come in here and say nope naruto still would have raped him. But I think it would have been awesome if the black lighting has the same exact properties as amat. But instead of just burning maybe instant paralysis and nerve damage. But yeah kishi will have to use plot no justu or he will have to show us the difference between black lighting and normal like Kakashi's chidori. Black lighting might be more powerful than amat.
