alright so first i thought suigestsu may have found out how to stop the edo's but its not so it led me to some thinking like what if its tobi's identity and saying how to kill him and if im correct oruchimaru possibly created tobi. so what do you guys think?

Suigetsu found out some ancient/forbidden secret technique that will have hopefully dire importance to the manga plot...it better be a huge plot twist for both sides of the war because we need more of those right now....im guessing its an edo tensei secret or a jinchuurki secret....or how suigetsu plans on reuniting the demon swordsmen as him being leader LOl

all the edos are gone (besides madara but i doubt hes on anyones side) so all thats left is the leader of akatsuki (tobi) and all the white zetsus so pretty much end of war and sasuke whos ever side hes on.

Uchiha Riyo has a point , even if hes not with Tobi he'd ruin any hope of winning by killing Tobi I mean at least they share similar goals, killing him would only help the shinobi out

I think it's Oro's research on the Rinnegan/Sharingan connection. Or maybe even Kabuto's extended research based off oro's.
Who know's all we can be sure is it's most likely something that would only really benefit him at the moment.

anyways, I believe it has something to do with the Dead Demon Seal and reentry of all the 4 Hokage sitting in that realm. Orochi had his hands sealed there too, so he must have done all in his capacity to unseal his hands from there. It would be lame if nothing about it was ever discussed. It's too much of a co-incidence that all 4 hokage are in the same place + you need somebody to beat Madara now that he is almost invincible.
