Half of kabuto turned into snake scales while he wasn't able to control orochimaru's chakra and said it was taking over his body, therefor, he had no control over it at that point which means it was not sage mode and the effect of orochimaru's chakra itself. Therefor again, all of his techniques that required his chakra are gone. That includes sage mode, all body modifications, snake jutsus, and body doppelgangers. And after that i hardly believe he has enough chakra to summon more than one edo without it.

Sage mode isn't gone, Snake/dragon Sm does not require Oro's chakra, it's just stupid to say it does, It's like Saying Toad Sm requires jiraiya's chakra when it clearly doesn't.
Sm is not Oro's Tech, The tech belongs to the Snakes, Like Toad Sm belongs to the toads and not jiraiya.
