IDK, its slow enough for Obito to warp from it and preta path to absorb it. I think people mean that if a person is trapped inside of it, unless they have a space time ability, have the rinnegan, are an edo, or are perfect susanoo then disintegration pretty much is just going to happen.

He was able to catch ohnoki was able to catch sasuke in a jinton, which is impressive since he is a sharingan user, but another sharingan user was able to stop it from killing him.

It definitely isn't slow, but it clearly has some sort of a prep time (however small that is) and should be dodgeable from that, especially if the user is particularly fast or has a sharingan.

But I Can't think of any particular speed feats that show how fast it is, but I can tell you for sure that at the very least Uchiha can react to it, and it isn't as fast as space/time jutsu are.

I'm more or so referring to the Jinton beam. I don't see any reason why it can't be dodged even after it's fired.

They can't dodge something that hasn't been used against them. Sasuke's example doesn't count as he was in a state of near-collapse.

I've not stated otherwise. We've simply haven't seen anything to suggest that suggests that it's as fast as many portray it to be.

Well, if it hits its GG 98% of the times. Although in a 1v1 battle its much harder to hit than it seems and the user can't spam:
- Takes a few seconds of prep.
- Its very chakra taxing.
- More efficient the more AoE (harder to kill humans but so far it has done a good job against big targets, which is obvious).
Unless its a giant one like the one Onoki did after Madara put the other Kages to sleep, its avoidable most of the time and some strategy needs to be used in order to bring out the jutsu's full potencial.

After its been fired it seems to be super fast. Imo only dodgeable by godly fast shinobi like Minato, A, SM Rinnengan Madara, KCM Naruto, Guy (w/gates, maybe)...

EMS Madara fought two Jinton users at the same time and came out unscathed.

The fact that it can atomize anything it hits.

If it hits its opponents. I simply don't see why it can't be dodged.
