What skills would sakura need to be high kage level?

Ok, imo Sakura has terrible development as a combatant in the manga, she's a complete copy of Tsunade with nothing unique. So this is what i'd giver her to make her at least mid kage level.

The scenario is after the war sakura wants to become the best ninja she can be and (dumb I know) so she trains the hardest in her life.

Rock Lee likes her so she asks him to train her in taijutsu

According to the databook she has earth and water and with her level of chakra control she can probably master all techs A rank and below so this is what i'd give her.

I think she should def work on some strong genjutsu because I think if I remember correctly they say in the beginning she is a genjutsu type. also she should work on some type of water and earth jutsu. like anything besides the same ol right punch that she always uses. I mean did she ever use any jutsu's other than medical?

I did not say pathetic, but if you want to add that then by all means.

Don't bring genetics into this and attempt to give her extra points, jutsu that are not chakra taxing can be mastered by anyone with sufficient skill. Rikudo genes or otherwise.

She is flawed and pitiful for various reasons that I am sure you are aware of. But if you aren't I can try to find the scans or ask if Indra could post them.

At least you did not deny she was a clone. She has no jutsu of her own, nothing that sets her apart from tsunade.

Hey man she's a genjutsu type with ridiculous chakra control she could probably learn it if she tried but I understand your sentiment. I just tried to offer some suggestions.
