At the end because it left on a cliffhanger showing Boruto trying to figure out how he's gonna be able to help his father. On the same page it is said that an unforseen situation breaks loose. Initially I thought that this meant Koji was going to intervene but that may not be it at all. Perhaps the ninja tech in Delta's body got into Naruto's when she impaled him and it cuts off his chakra points. But I dont think that will be it either, its a possibility but I think this "situation" will be something that takes both sides by surprise. What if more Otsutsuki show up to investigate? Two chapters ago Momoshiki appeared to Boruto and he was the only one who could see him again. Maybe that was the beginning of him awakening his hidden abilities.

Those would be likely but there has to be another twist like Kawaki double crosses Naruto. Koji jumps in to save Naruto or take out Delta.

Nah, Kawaki's just found his daddy and Naruto's found his true son. That scenario is definitely unlikely. KK taking out Delta would make him a target so don't see that happening either.

Naruto gonna capture Delta.

Delta will simply overpower Naruto, then Boruto & Kawaki will jump in until reinforcements force Delta to retreat. That's probably the most unexpected outcome considering that we're all expecting Naruto to manhandle her now that he's serious. Kashin doesn't seem as though he'd get involved with this and might even prefer Delta getting captured rather than continuing to interfere with his plans.
