What show would win naruto vs bleach

I have no idea why i made this. I just thought it would be funny if somehow they fought. who do you think would win and why?

i think either or. all shinigami are technically dead and cant be seen. but maybe they would be spotted by sharingan or byakugan.

naruto, sasuke + everyone else strong in naruto vs the gotei 13 and the vizards etc would be an insane battle
