I think u can say healing is sort of his kekkai genkai it has been stated that it comes from the fox but in the manga when kabuto told itachi&sasuke he has high regeneration powers from Karin while telling that the cut in his snake tail instantly healed so i think very fast healing and strong life force is his kekkai genkai..maybe the fox makes it stronger, naruto was able to nearly instant heal from a chidori trough the lung ..karin wasnt able to instanty heal from sasukes chidory, so i think every uzumaki has good healing but narutos is advanced because of the fox.
