Get a 3ds in all seriousness, it's good or from your choices PS3 as games are abundant and will become cheaper.

PS3 due to the large, readily available amount of games. The Gameboy color may see little use unless you plan on buying other games that aren't Pokemon for it. Depends on what Sega system it is.
