I'm going to recommend you one that doesn't receive much hype on the base, but it should:
Zetsuen no Tempest
Watch it. The atmosphere is quite hooking since the beginning. You don't feel bored with the first episodes, the animation is top notch and it's the the typical "Bad guy vs Good guys" >_O
