In what section i can post Fan made characters and clans, jutsus etc

I know there is one but i cant find it .

Are you talking about drawings? [If so, Art Hall-->Fan Art would be the way to go]

EDIT: From the looks of your post, it kind of seems like you might be referring to the RPG Section, in which case that section would be the way to go. However, if that was indeed what you meant, I'd recommend reading a bit more up on that section's workings before posting in it.​

As in, mentioning characteristics and attributes of the characters in your story? In that case, I don't think there's any specific section for anything of the sort aside from the Fanfiction section itself, so you should probably just include that stuff in the thread itself, along with the story.​
