Yeah can definitely see Sasuke's question to Minato about the incident with the nine tails, I think Sasuke wants to know how this event shaped the fate of the Uchiha clan. Whilst they were not involved, the elders barring the 3rd suspected them in controlling the nine tails so this sort of thinking lead to their eventual fate. Plus I think he wants to confirm if what Obito told him in the previous chapters were correct or not, if it was an accident.

I also think Sasuke wants to know how the nine tails got sealed into Naruto, I wouldn't be surprised if he has an idea of who he might be tbh.
