If Sasuke had 8.5 Bijuus then all the Bijuu's inside CT would vanish.He only absorbed part of bijuu chakra that he can absorb inside his susanoo

It shrunk because of the ying/yang inbalance. Not just because of his chakra being halfed.

I'm not saying Sasuke used all 8.5 of the bijuu chakra, but he did use a lot of it. Enough for it to require all the NE in the surrounding area to offset it.
