[Discussion] What role will the Tamate Box play in the wedding ceremony?

In the new chapter (spoilers here if you didn't read it) we find out that big mom plans on killing the Vinsmokes during the ceremony, but lets not forget that she also plans on opening the Tamate Box when she does it will explode in her face. Do you think it will help Sanji or the strawhats escape? or what role do you think it will play? There is really no telling.
